Your Journey at Harmelia Aesthetics
1. Book Your Consultation
Every patient journey begins with a face-to-face medical assessment. For all new patients, we require an initial consultation fee of £30. This secures your appointment time and covers the professional medical assessment required before any prescription treatments can take place.
2. The Medical Assessment
During your appointment, you will meet directly with Dr. Matthews to discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals. Katy will review your medical history and assess your suitability for treatment. This ensures that any procedure recommended is safe, appropriate, and tailored specifically to you.
4. Aftercare & Review
Your care doesn’t end when you leave the clinic. We provide comprehensive aftercare advice and, where necessary, a review appointment to ensure you are delighted with your natural-looking results.
3. Treatment & Redemption
There is never any pressure to proceed. However, if you decide to go ahead with a treatment (either on the day or at a future date), your £30 consultation fee is fully redeemed against the cost of your first procedure.
