Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with Harmelia Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits

​

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.

​

The deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your treatment.

​

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice.

​

Cancellation Policy

​

Our clinic operates a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy with no exceptions, including but not limited to illness or childcare-related issues.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a £30 cancellation fee will apply.

​

This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.

​

Failure to attend your appointment without notice ("no-show") will incur a £60 fee, and may result in the refusal of any future bookings at our discretion.
